29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  This violation occurred on December 13, 2016, at a workplace located at 2400 Jupiter Road, Plano, Texas; where at least two (2) employees, who used pneumatic nail guns were not protected from eye injuries by wearing protective eyewear.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities six (6) feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems; nor did the employer develop and implement a fall protection plan which met the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:     This violation occurred on, December 13, 2016, at a job site located at 2400 Jupiter Road, Plano, Texas; where at least two (2) employees working approximately 9 feet above ground level were exposed to fall hazards.
