29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  (a) In the east side of the jobsite where one employee was working from a job made construction box that was attached to the forks of a JLG Skytrak front end loader and the construction box was not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 32 feet.
