29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared:    a) An employee, saw operator, was exposed to continuous noise levels at 91.7% of the allowable eight (8)-hour time weighted sound level of 90 decibels (dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 91.7% is approximately 89dBA.  The sampling was performed for 115 minutes on December 13, 2016. The employee did not have a baseline audiogram.    b) An employee, stacker, was exposed to continuous noise levels at 87.9% of the allowable eight (8)-hour time weighted sound level of 90 decibels (dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 87.9% is approximately 88dBA.  The sampling was performed for 114 minutes on December 13, 2016. The employee did not have a baseline audiogram.
