OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees, in that employees were exposed to: struck-by hazard(s):   (a) Oak St. near intersection of Tower Lane - On or about December 13, 2016 employees standing in Oak St., as a safe zone for tree trimming/removal operation, were exposed to being struck by motor vehicles.
