29 CFR 1910.24(h): "Railings and handrails." Standard railings shall be provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms. Handrails shall be provided on at least one side of closed stairways preferably on the right side descending. Stair railings and handrails shall be installed in accordance with the provisions of 1910.23. a. On or about December 13, 2016, at the facility located at 2312 Sherman St. Marinette, WI, the flight of stairs with more than four risers, less than 44 inches wide having both sides open leading to the e-cab department did not have standard stair railings on both sides.

On or about December 13, 2016, at the facility located at 2312 Sherman St. Marinette, WI, the employer did not ensure that all respirators used by employees to paint truck parts were stored at the end of the shift to protect them from damage and contamination.
