29 CFR 1910.147(d): The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) did not cover the actions listed in and was not done in sequence as required by 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(1)-(6):    (a)  Engineered Truss Systems, Inc. at 1400 East Benson Road in Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On and before December 14, 2016 the employer did not ensure the application of energy control was performed prior to repair work on the truss splicer. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.
