Cuthbert Street Warehouse, 108 Cuthbert Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 - Employees were performing stucco work along the edge of a roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately eleven (11) feet, one (1) inch fall above the ground without any form of fall protection. Observed On or About 12/14/16
