29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by rotating parts:    a) Facility / Z-Line 1: Rotating roller bars on Z-line 1 were not guarded when non woven material was run through the machine, on or about 12/13/16.    b) Facility / Z-Line 2: Rotating roller bars on Z-line 2 were not guarded when non woven material was run through the machine, on or about 12/13/16.    c) Facility / Z-Line 3: Rotating roller bars on Z-line 3 were not guarded when non woven material was run through the machine, on or about 12/13/16.      d) Facility / Z-Line 4: Rotating roller bars on Z-line 4 were not guarded when non woven material was run through the machine, on or about 12/13/16.    e) Facility / Z-Line 5: Rotating roller bars on Z-line 5 were not guarded when non woven material was run through the machine, on or about 12/13/16.
