The employer did not ensure that objects projecting into the exit route did not reduce the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes:   a) Northeast side of building, rear of warehouse: An exit access route outside of the warehouse was materially obstructed by items stored outside of the warehouse reducing the exit access width to less than 28", on or about December 15, 2016.   b) Northwest side of building, rear of warehouse: An exit access route outside of the warehouse was materially obstructed by items stored outside of the warehouse reducing the exit access width to less than 28", on or about December 15, 2016.
