29 CFR 1910.421(f)(1)(ii): Dive team members were not briefed on the safety procedures for the diving mode:   Braintree Water Tank: The dive team members were not briefed on safety procedures including; 1) Methods to rescue an injured or incapacitated diver from the water tank, 2) Methods of communication during an emergency situation between the tender on top of the tank and team member on the ground, 3) Instructions to dive team to follow in event of restricted air flow through the main airline including use of the carried reserved breathing air supply (bailout tank) and pneumo line to provide air to the diver.
