29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:      a) 199 E Valley Brook Rd., Long Valley, NJ      An employee was exposed to 10-foot falls from the roof to the ground below as the fall arrest system was not rigged to prevent a free-fall of more than six feet.        Violation occurred on or about 10/25/2016.
