Caution shall be exercised when handling unstable load.    a) Lowes Companies Inc., Union, NJ/ Bull Pen Located in the back of store- The employer allowed the employee to operate a Yale Forklift to lift and relocate the Trex Decking out of the bull pen. Caution was not exercised when handling the unstable load resulted in the forklift tipping over and crushing an employees foot.     Incident occurred on November 21, 2016.
