29 CFR 1904.40(a): When the employer was asked by an authorized government representative  for the records kept under Part 1904, the employer did not provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours:   a)  Company - On or about February 24, 2017 and March 27, 2017, the employer did not provide 300 injury and illness logs covering 2016, 2015, 2014, and 2013.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
