29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on January 6, 2017, when employees are working on a residential roof at 2385 S Ponte Vedra Blvd., Ponte Vedra, Florida without fall protection and were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet.    The Roof Duck Watertight Roofing Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1113287, citation number 1, item number1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 274 & 286 1st Street, Jacksonville Beach, FL.
