Location: back storage area  On or about January 6, 2017,  employees were exposed to fall hazards from 8 foot Louisville Fiberglass step ladder and 8 foot WERNER Aluminum step ladder, being used in the closed position. Employees climb up the ladder leaned up against wall or stacks of boxes due to insufficient room to unfold them completely. Employees use the ladders to access storage of products located on high shelves.

The product boxes were stored approximately 3.5 inches from sprinkler heads.
