29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 1551 Richland Rd. Auburn, Alabama:  On or about January 11, 2017 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employees to walk the tops of framed walls without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 10 feet  to the floor below.  b)  At 1551 Richland Dr. Auburn, Alabama:  On or about January 11, 2017 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities next to the edge of a floor opening without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 11 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
