29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(ii): The complete personal fall arrest system did not limit the maximum arresting force on an employee to 1,800 pounds when used with a body harness:  On or about 1/9/2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while removing forms from a 2nd level working platform and using a six foot internal shock absorbing lanyard attached to a rope as part of a fall protection system, which the lanyard was designed to limit arresting forces to 900lbs. or less.  PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
