29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed, implemented or maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:      (a) Tropaquatics, Inc., 4990 Paris St, Denver, CO 80239: On and before January 10, 2017, the employer had not developed, implemented or maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of 29 CFR 1910.1200 for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. Employees worked in the fish pulling area cleaning fish tanks, adjusting tank water pH, and disinfecting surfaces. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards associated with the use of chemicals such as, but not limited to, New Methylene Blue N and sodium carbonate.

Employees worked in the fish pulling area cleaning fish tanks, adjusting tank water pH, and disinfecting surfaces. Employees were potentially exposed to improperly labeled hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, Formaldehyde 37% solution.
