29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  West side residential home: On or about January 11, 2017, an employee not wearing a protective helmet was exposed to struck-by hazards when another employee was working above him using a pneumatic nail gun, while installing framing onto the residential home.
