Max G Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1066354, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on August 7, 2015, with respect to a workplace location at 2510 Alpine Rd., Rockford, IL 61109.
