29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a). At the worksite - On or about January 11, 2017, an employee was walking and working from the building's top plates without a fall protection system in place, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard.  Charles Woodham Remodeling was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1157360, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3000 North Slappy Boulevard, Albany, GA 31701.
