29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:    a) Senior Living Solutions, LLC dba Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center/Hillsborough, NJ- Throughout the facility: The employer did not establish a written exposure control plan for staff assigned to perform duties including, but not  limited to, caring for elderly patients, administering medications through injections, bandaging of wounds, handling of contaminated instruments, cleaning of contaminated surfaces, during which it can reasonably be anticipated for employees to come into contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials.    Condition observed on or about January 10, 2017.

29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(2)(i): During use, containers for contaminated sharps were not easily accessible to personnel or located as close as was feasible to the immediate area where sharps were used or could be reasonably anticipated to be found:  a) Senior Living Solutions, LLC dba Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center/Hillsborough, NJ- Laundry Area: The employer did not provide employees working in the laundry department, sorting linens and clothing, with a sharps container, where sharps including needles can be reasonably anticipated to be found.   Condition observed on or about January 10, 2017.
