(a) location; 51 Sharpe Road, Newton, MA.  On or about January 19, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 11 feet above lower level from a wall opening on the first floor.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge.    (a) Location: 51 Sharpe Road, Newton, MA 02459.  On or about January, 19, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard from first floor into basement at an height greater than 10 feet above lower level. An inadequate guardrail system was installed that could not support 200 pounds of inward, outward, and downward force.
