29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) Interior loading dock; On or about 01/26/2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 4 feet 6 inches along the unprotected sides of the interior loading dock area.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    a) Warehouse workshop; On or about 1/26/2017, the working space in front of the facilitys two electrical circuit breaker panels was being used to store a shop vacuum and miscellaneous tools, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
