29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours:    A.) On or about Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Roosevelt Avenue Bridge (126th Street & Janet Place), Corona, NY 11368    The employer failed to report to OSHA the in-patient hospitalization of an employee within twenty-four (24) hours.  An employee was hospitalized on Tuesday, December 13, 2016.  The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on Thursday, December 15, 2016.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
