29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:  On or about November 17, 2016, and at times prior thereto, workers were framing the residential apartment complex under construction up to approximately 9 feet high without fall protection, exposing the workers to a fall hazard.
