29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 1/19/17 at a residential construction project located at 2388 Agassiz Drive, Lake View, New York; employees were installing shingles on the roof of a 2 story house with a 8 in 12 roof pitch and an eave height of approximately 22 feet. There was no fall protection in use.  NO CERTIFICATION ABATEMENT REQUIRED
