The platform was supported by a vertical piece of wood propped under one end without lateral bracing. Employees exposed to a fall of approximately 18 feet. 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):  For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected from falling by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of (g)(4) of this section:    a)  Employee installing roof plywood worked from a platform and was exposed to a fall of approximately 18 feet. Employee was not protected by use of  personal fall arrest system or guardrails.     Location: 220 78th Street, Brooklyn  N.Y.  front and left side of house    On or about 12/19/2016
