29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) The employer did not ensure that each employee working on a steep roof being matted approximately eleven (11) feet or more above the ground level below was protected from a fall hazard by using either guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
