OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On 01/24/2017, employees working at Speed Commerce Operating Company, LLC located at 3016 Georgia Street, Louisiana, MO 63353, were working between a supply racking system.  There were areas in which the racking system was not bolted to the floor causing a struck-by/caught-by hazard to the employee(s).
