29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:  On or about January 25, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet to the concrete below, while they carried trusses and framing materials without using a personal fall arrest system or an alternative fall protection plan.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Building 3B:  On or about January 25, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the ground level below, while working on trusses without being trained to recognize the hazards of falls.
