29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) At the site, on January 18, 2017, the employer did not ensure an employee who was installing rolls of weatherproofing was protected from falls through the use of a fall protection system such as, but not limited to, a harness and lanyard system, exposing the employee to falling twelve feet to the ground level.
