29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(i): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing when PPE is necessary:  a) The Kennel - On or about January 25, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that training on personal protection equipment (PPE) was not provided before requiring them to wear PPE such as but not limited to safety glasses and gloves.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) Kennel - On or about January 25, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to bleach and Signa pot and pan detergent because the employer did not develop and implement an effective written hazardous communication plan that included labeling and other forms of warning, a list of hazardous chemicals with readily available Safety Data Sheets, and training on the hazardous chemicals in the workplace.
