29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    (a) Site: On or about January 27, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to eye injury while they were using Hitachi NV 45AB2 nailers to nail down roofing shingles. They were not provided with eye protection and were exposed to struck-by hazards.
