The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: 1-1.On or about at 1/30/17 located at Apartment Building # 400 unites B-D : The employer failed to enforce his employees to use their fall protection while installing the wooden porches / back deck and was exposed to a fall hazard of up to 22- foot from an aerial lift to the lower level.
