On or about January 31, 2017, employees were exposed to crushing injuries from a column on the Sanderson TL70 Perforator machine which raises and lowers the point of operation upon activation.   b. On or about February 2, 2017, Northtech NT-600BS (sn: 12029) lacked guarding on the unused portion of the blade on the underside of the table.     c. On or about February 2, 2017, Roll-In Saw JE1230 (sn: 2002JE) lacked guarding on the back side of the blade above the table and guarding for the unused portion of the blade below the table.
