29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a. On or about January 31, 2017, employees were exposed to crushing injuries from a column on the Sanderson TL70 Perforator machine which raises and lowers the point of operation upon activation.   b. On or about February 2, 2017, Northtech NT-600BS (sn: 12029) lacked guarding on the unused portion of the blade on the underside of the table.     c. On or about February 2, 2017, Roll-In Saw JE1230 (sn: 2002JE) lacked guarding on the back side of the blade above the table and guarding for the unused portion of the blade below the table.
