For the employees working around the south wall being erected with concrete block on or about January 25, 2017, the wall under construction was approximately 12 to 20 feet high and 60 feet with no bracing on the opposite site to prevent collapse.  This exposes employee to the hazard of being struck by falling masonry blocks.
