29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) For employees working at 1923 NE 18th Ave in Cape Coral, as observed on or about January 31, 2017. Employees were observed installing sheathing on the roof with a 5:12 pitch. The eave to ground height measured approximately 11 feet 2 inches and the employees had no fall protection system in place.
