29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. On a new commercial building site, employees performing framing activities without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the lower level. Jose Rosalio was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1160062, Citation Number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2016, with a final abatement date of October 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1931 Market Center Boulevard Dallas, TX 75207.
