29 CFR 1910.134(k): 29 CFR 1910.134(k):   The employer did not provide the basic information on respirators in accordance to Appendix D of this section to employees who wear respirators when not required by this section or by the employer to do so:  a) Choctaw Transportation - On or about 2/01/17, employees were wearing N95 respirators without being provided the training in Appendix D of the respirator standard.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
