29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and/or were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee attachment:  On or about January 24, 2017, at the site, where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than six feet while installing guard rails on the balcony of a townhome without an anchor point being capable of supporting 5000 pounds per employee attachment.
