29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:     A)       On or about 02/03/17, job site - Ava Place & Highland Blvd, Jamaica, NY      An employee performing tree trimming while in the basket of an aerial truck (145001-MD) tr was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30-feet to the street.  he employee was not wearing body belt/body harness with attached lanyard.      ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
