29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     The employer does not ensure point of operation guarding is place to protect employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operation.          a) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the Maxturn Lathe point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.       b) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the Kearney & Trecker Milwaukee manual mill point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.       c) WITHDRAWN       d) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the HAAS CNC Machines point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.        e) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the Clossing Colchester 17 lathe point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.       f) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the Warner & Swasey 3-A lathe point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.       g) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the Lian Feng Machine Industries saw, s/n 12830 point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.       h) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the WF Wells & Sons Inc saw point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.      i) This violation was observed on February 8, 2017 when the Peck, Stow & Wilcox Co. (PEXTO) punch, s/n 631660 point of operation was not guarded exposing employees to hazards associated with being caught-in the machinery.
