29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(i): Prior to initial use all new and altered cranes were not inspected to insure compliance with the provisions of this section:   (a)    On or about February 8, 2017 for employees potentially exposed to struck-by hazards while using overhead crane 1, which was fabricated by the employer in the shop area at 4957 63rd Avenue SE in Jud, North Dakota.    (b)   On or about February 8, 2017 for employees potentially exposed to struck-by hazards while using overhead crane 2, which was fabricated by the employer in the shop area at 4957 63rd Avenue SE in Jud, North Dakota.    (c)    On or about February 8, 2017 for employees potentially exposed to struck-by hazards while using overhead crane 3, which was fabricated by the employer in the shop area at 4957 63rd Avenue SE in Jud, North Dakota.
