OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards while operating a powered industrial truck. (a) Cottages of Emerald Cove, on or about February 8, 2017, an employee was operating a Princeton powered industrial truck without wearing a seatbelt while delivering lumber to the construction site.
