29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  Employees engaged in painting activities in the fab area paint booth were exposed to chemical hazards associated with the use of paint and paint products in that a written respiratory protection program had not been developed and implemented.  Employees were required to wear respirators for job tasks such as spray painting.
