The employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i): (a) On or about 02/08/17 -10799 Ed Stephens Road, Cottondale, Alabama, employees were working inside an excavation that was approximately 8 feet deep, 24 feet wide, and 25 feet long without cave-in protection.
