29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section. Such training must be provided at no cost to the employee and during working hours. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. a) Hy-Vee, Inc. #1431 at 4101 South Louise Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about February 10, 2017, and at times prior, employees who were responsible to clean blood and blood spills were not trained on how to protect themselves from hazards related to bloodborne pathogens.
