29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.  a) Dock Area: Employees were exposed to bird feces on the floor, on or about 2/14/17.  b) Facility / North End: Employees were exposed to bird feces on the floor, on or about 2/14/17.  c) Facility / East End: Employees were exposed to bird feces on the wall and floor, on or about 2/14/17.  d) Facility / West End: Employees were exposed to bird feces on the wall and floor, on or about 2/14/17.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
