29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:     1.)    On or about February 15, 2017 the employer failed to develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. for employees exposed to diluted corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to Blast which contained ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (CAS: 111-76-2), Bug Remover which contained monethanolamine (CAS: 114-43-5), Green N Clean which contained tetrapotassium pyrophosphate (CAS: 7320-34-5) and Presoak HWS which contained sodium hydroxide (CAS: 1310-73-2)    Jackie's Wash and Go/ Quick Way Auto wash was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1129505, citation number 1, item number 7a and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 144 East Bridge St Elyria, OH 44035.
